Situation: The Office of Engagement Programs at Syracuse University did not have a clear brand identity. Students didn't know what it did.
Insight: Every college student seeks to be a part of a community on campus and give back to that community. The relationships built during these four years are remembered for years.
Approach: The Office of Engagement Programs is a place to not only create connections with the student community but with the broader Syracuse city community as well through volunteerism. To show students this mission, the Office can create relationships with students on social media and also reach out to other organizations on campus for its volunteer work.
